Jane Marie Davis (Nee Lewandowski), age 87, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2023.

Born in Chester, Pa to the late Frank and Jennie Lewandowski Koza, she was preceded in death by her husband Bowman W. Davis, her step-father Walter Koza, her brothers Frank Lewandowski, Jr. , Lawrence Lewandowski and great-grandson Nicholas Steel.

She is survived by her two children:  Dennis Pitt (Debbie) and David Pitt (Patty).  She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Jane had been a long-time resident of Chester before moving to Williamsburg, Virginia.  A past president of Szymanski Rywacki American Legion Post No. 546 she was an active member for over 72 years.

Funeral Liturgy 11 AM Monday, October 2, 2023 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call after 10 AM.  Inurnment Lawn Croft Cemetery.
