James T. Kennedy, 78 of Prospect Park died on January 23, 2022. He was a graduate of West Catholic High School for Boys, class of 1961. James was last employed at BMK, Inc. and had previously been employed by Honeywell. He was also a bartender at John Wesley Cross Post #507.

James was an avid reader and enjoyed golf and crossword puzzles. He was also a history buff and loved the Eagles and Phillies but most important was his family.

James was the loving husband of 58 years to Barbara L. Witte Kennedy, father of James W. Kennedy, Colleen Fowler (Steve) and the late Debra Lynn Kennedy, the son of Elizabeth Kelly McNally and the late Thomas J. McNally. brother of Michael McNally (Hillarie Lattimer) and the late Judith McGovern, grandfather of Matthew Kennedy, Joseph Kennedy and Kevin Fowler and great-grandfather of Rowan Kennedy.

Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Monday, January 31, 2022 at The Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call 9:15 to 10:15 AM. Burial SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
