James G. "Jerry" O'Reilly 82, of Ridley Park, died December 30, 2014 at Jeanes Hospital.

Born in Philadelphia, he has lived at his late residence since 1960. He was last employed as a foreman for General Electric.

Jerry was a member of The Church of St. Madeline and graduate of West Catholic High School, class of 1950. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Jerry was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, but most important to him was his family and friends.

He was husband of the late Evelyn M. Penot O'Reilly, his wife of 49 years, who died in 2006 and son of the late Vincent and Margaret Judge O'Reilly.

He is survived by his children James L. O'Reilly and Karen O'Reilly Beaston; his grandchildren Marissa, Michael and Kyra; also his siblings Kevin O'Reilly (Doris) and Anita Hackney (Tom).

Funeral Liturgy 9:00AM Saturday, January 3, 2015 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where friends may call after 8:00AM. Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
