Obituary
James D. Bartow, 57, of Encino, CA died December 28, 2012. Born in Chester and reared in Ridley Township, Mr. Bartow moved to his late residence 30 years ago.
He was a graduate of Ridley High School, Class of 1973, and Penn State University. James was employed as an Information Tech for Farmer's Insurance. He loved Starbucks, movies, script writing, golf, traveling and spending time with his many friends in Pennsylvania and California.
He was son of the late Clarence and Florence West Bartow
Survivors: brother of Richard Peterson and Kenneth Bartow (Kathy), uncle of Samantha and Kenny Bartow.
Visitation: 7 to 9 PM Friday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park
Memorial Service 8:15 PM Friday at the funeral home.
Burial: Private.
Memorial Gifts: to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
