Howard David Hill

Howard David “Dave” Hill, 66, of Folsom, passed away on July 15, 2026. Born in Chester, he was the son of the late Howard Richard and Vienna Francis Records Hill. He grew up in Ridley Park before moving to Folsom.

Dave was a graduate of Ridley High School, Class of 1978, and attended Brandywine College, Widener University, where he earned a degree in business. Dave owned his own general contracting company, worked as a bartender at many local establishments, and most recently was employed by the Ridley School District as a bus driver. Dave was a local darts and horseshoes champion, avid sports fan, and lover of music.

He was the loving husband of Sheila Marie (Mitchell) Hill, the father of Howard David Hill Jr., brother of Steven Scott Hill (Virginia) and uncle to many beloved nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 from 6-8 PM at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park.
