Herbert E. Seifert, Jr. 69, of Wallingford died December 4, 2014 at his home. Born in Norristown, son of the late Herbert and Breta Hartman Seifert, he lived in Wayne prior to moving to his late residence three years ago.

Mr. Seifert was a graduate of Norristown High School, class of 1963 and had received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from West Chester State Teacher's College and a Master's Degree in Administration from Villanova University. He was last employed as a Trainer at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit. Herbert was a member of the Universal Unitarian Church of Delaware County as well as the Idlehour Tennis Club. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hiking, biking and kayaking. He was an avid Eagles fan and volunteered at Surry Services and at his former church, but most important was time with his family.

He was father of the late Richard Seifert.

Survivors: his wife of 16 years, Margaret Huston Seifert, children Jaron A. Goldberg (Karey) and Jobi D'Ansy (Andy Hauty), also grandchildren Grace, Lauren and Owen Goldberg and Rachael Seifert.

A Memorial Service will be held 10 AM Monday December 8, 2014 at the Universal Unitarian Church of Delaware County, 145 West Rose Tree Road, Media, PA 19063. Burial Private.
