Henrietta C. Olshefski Ramaika, 97, of Upland, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2020 at her home.  Born in Glen Lyon, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Sallie Machcinski Olshefski and resided in Crum Lynne before moving to her late residence in 1955.

Henrietta was a graduate of Newport Township High School, class of 1940 and began and ended her banking career with Delaware County National Bank, which became Southeast National Bank and now, Wells Fargo.  She was employed at DCNB for 20 years before retiring in 1977 and previously worked at Speare Brothers.  Henrietta was a member of Our Lady of Charity R.C. Church, where she was a former member of the Charitans.  She enjoyed quilting, sewing, crocheting and was a member of the Parkside Seniors.

Henrietta was predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years, Alfred D. Ramaika, who passed away on November 1, 2000; her son, Ronald D. Ramaika, who passed away in 1998; brother, Albert P. Olshefski; and sister, Lillian F. Kaminski.

She is survived by her sister, Norma J. Krupinski, of Nanticoke, PA; niece, Karen Gates (Frank) of Mechanicsville, MD; nephew, John Kaminski of Mechanicsville; second cousins, Thad Machcinski (Linda) of Laurel, MD and Mark Machcinski (Nancy) of Upland; and special friends, Corrine O'Grady-Boyd and Cindy Romeo.

Henrietta's family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to her caregiver, Debbie Elliott, for the care, compassion, and support she provided Henrietta over the past one and one-half years.

Funeral Mass:  11:00 AM Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Our Lady of Charity R.C. Church, 231 Upland Road, Brookhaven, PA 19015.
