Helen J. Polomski Partyka, 84, of Glen Mills, died July 6, 2012 at Riddle Memorial Hospital.

Born in Wyoming, PA, she lived in Glen Mills most of her life and at her late residence for the past two years.

Mrs. Partyka was last employed by the former Scott Paper Company in Chester for over 30 years.

She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle R.C. Church where along with her husband Leon was very active in the Golden Age Club for 11 years and also assisted him as their Tour Director. Helen loved gardening and bowling and was very devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was wife of the late Leon Partyka, her husband of 56 years, who died in 2003, mother of the late Lee Thomas Partyka who died in 1994, daughter of the late Benjamin and Julia Novak Polomski and was predeceased by three brothers and a sister.

Survivors; Her daughters Karen H. Hopkins (Robert) and Maureen J. Partyka; her grandchildren Robert Brian Hopkins and Jill Ann McAdams; also great grandchildren Ian Robert Hopkins and Dylan Michael McAdams.

Funeral Mass 10:30AM Saturday, July 14, 2012 at St. Thomas the Apostle R.C. Church, 430 Valleybrook Rd., Chester Heights, PA. Visitation 9:15 to 10:15AM at the Church. Burial in the Adjoining Church Cemetery.
