Hedwig E. "Hattie" Leikus Gedeika, 95 of Honey Brook, PA died May 8, 2014 at her home at Tel Hai Retirement Community. Born in Chester, daughter of the late John and Barbara Tamasauskus Gedeika, she lived for many years in Ridley Park prior to moving to her late residence five years ago.

Hattie as was a member of The Church of St. Madeline and was a self-employed hairdresser. She loved gardening and animals, especially birds and always loved to help others in the community.

She was wife of the late Joseph A. Gedeika who died June 16,1992 after 43 years of marriage.

Survivors: her daughter Judith Ann Beaulieu (Russell) of Coatesville, sisters Josephine Remaize and Constance Powell, also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass: 10:30 AM Wednesday at The Church of St. Madeline, Penn St. and Morton Ave., Ridley Park where friends may call 9:15 to 10:15 AM. Burial Holy Cross Cemetery.
