Harriet Leona Scott (nee Kresge), 91, of Springfield, died June 11, 2014 at the home of her daughter and son in law. Born in Kingston, PA, she lived in Montgomery County before moving to her residence 61 years ago. Mrs. Scott was formerly an aircraft riveter for the Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Buffalo, NY, and was a member of the Swarthmore United Methodist Church.



She was wife of the late Earl Harry Scott, her husband of 29 years, who died in 1970, and daughter of the late Harry and Josephine Evans Kresge.



Mrs. Scott was the devoted mother of Earl H. Scott, Jr. (Dorothy) and Linda M. Scott (George Tamasi); kind and gentle grandmother of Lisa (Benjamin) and Victoria (Andrew); great grandmother of Hazel and Ottilie; sister of Joan Clifford (Pat) and Elizabeth Dormer; also survived by many nieces and nephews.



Funeral Service 10:30AM Monday, June 16, 2014, at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where friends may call after 9:30AM.

Burial 2:00PM at the Evergreen Cemetery, Shavertown, PA.
