Obituary
Harriet A. Goodman, 62, of Wilmington, DE died October 16, 2018 at her home. Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late Harry C., Jr. and Harriet L. Bulger Gilmore and resided in Aston before moving to her late residence 28 years ago.
Harriet was a graduate of Sun Valley High School, class of 1974 and was employed by Richard McCurdy, MD, as a Receptionist. She previously worked for Michael Mullaney, DDS and was a member of Crozerville UM Church. Harriet loved animals, flowers, wildlife and music. She was selfless and always thought of others. Harriet cherished her daughter, and the pride of her life, her granddaughter, Meadow.
Harriet was predeceased by her brother, Harry C. Gilmore, III.
Survivors: loving wife of Robert C. Goodman, her husband of 38 years; devoted mother of Melissa A. Devlin (Michael A.); cherished grandmother of Meadow R. Devlin; and sister of Barbara J. Mann and Verna J. Conway.
