Gregorri A. Pinto, 88 of Swedesboro, NJ, formerly of Woodlyn, died July 14, 2013 at his home.
Born in Chester, he was son of the late Adam and Mary Vittucci Pinto.
He was an Inspector for Penn Shipbuilding and Sun Shipbuilding and Drydock Company, retiring in 1989.
Mr. Pinto was a U.S. Army WWII veteran and was proud to serve his country. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He was a member of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church and was also an avid Phillies fan and loved crossword puzzles.
Mr. Pinto was husband of the late Violet B. Falcone Pinto, his wife of 55 years who died in 2002 and brother of the late Genovive Burgess, Adam Pinto, Jr., Harry Pinto and Dominic Pinto.
Survivors: his children Maryann Hoose (Jerry) and Gregory A. Pinto (Rosanne); his siblings Anne DeCurtis, Dolores Grimm, Rosalie Vari, Antoinette Pisani, Marie Boschetti and Theresa Falcone; grandchildren Jerry Hoose, Kimberly Pinto-Ervin and Ashley Pinto (Jesse Thorn); also great grandchildren Tori-Ann and Coleton Hoose.
Funeral Mass 10:00AM Thursday, July 18, 2013 at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone, PA 19022 where friends may call from 8:45 to 9:45AM. Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
