Wonderful Wife, Mother and Grandmother


Gertrude M. "Trudy" DiDomizio, 68, of Lincoln University died peacefully at her home on January 28, 2012. Born in Philadelphia, she was daughter of the late Roy Spencer and Pauline Savitski Norris. Mrs. DiDomizio lived in Swarthmorewood, PA prior to moving to her late residence five years ago.

She was a member of Sacred Heart R.C. Church in Oxford and formerly a member of Notre Dame de Lourdes R.C. Church. Trudy enjoyed sewing, quilting, ceramics, reading, bird watching, her animals and leisurely drives in the countyside.

Survivors: loving wife of Joseph A. DiDomizio, devoted mother of Ann Maria DiDomizio, Mark A. DiDomizio, Alfred DiDomizio (Nicole), Joey Marie Sweeney and Debra T. Wright (Richard), also survived by her twin brother Spencer Norris, sister Theresa Zanini and 14 grandchildren.

Funeral Mass: 10:30 AM Tuesday at Notre Dame de Lourdes R.C. Church, Fairview Rd. and Michigan Ave., Swarthmore, PA

Visitation: 9:15 to 10:15 AM Tuesday at the church

Burial: SS Peter & Paul Cemetery
