George A. Stamm, 48, of Boothwyn, died September 17, 2014 at his home. George was born in Ridley Park and had lived in Brookhaven before moving to his late residence 15 years ago. He graduated from Sun Valley High School, class of 1984 and was employed as a contractor for Bullard and Co. in Boothwyn for the past 20 years.

He was predeceased by his father, the late George J. Stamm and his sister, the late Melanie Jo Peta Stamm.

George is survived by his wife of 23 years, Michele L. Moon Stamm; his children, Jacob W. Stamm and Dylan L. Stamm; his mother, Patricia Remington; his paternal grandmother, Florence Stamm; his father and mother-in-law, William and Susan Moon; his mother and father-in-law, Lewis and Mary Knauer; his brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Teresa Moon; his brother and sister-in-law, Jenna and Justin Emery; his brother-in-law, Nicholas Moon; his step brother, Larry E. Knauer; and stepsisters, Cynthia K. Root and Kathleen Creech (Glenn); also survived by aunts Carol Wiggins (David)and Susan Stamm, uncles and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Life Celebration Sunday, September 21, 2014 at the Family home from 12:00 Noon until 6:00PM.
