Fred J. Foltz, 84, a lifelong resident of Lester died on November 27, 2022. Born in Trainer, he was the son of the late Anthony J. and Elizabeth Hornung Foltz.

Fred was a graduate of Eddystone High School. He was a former owner and mechanic at Dutch's Auto Repair before retiring in 2020, he also assisted the Tinicum Police Department with towing. He was a life member of the Tinicum Township Fire Company and was also a member of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church. The most important part of Fred's life was his family.

He was the loving husband of 61 years to Hilde Koestel Foltz, devoted dad of Linda Foltz (Carlos Guevara) and the late Robert "Bob" Foltz, father-in-law of Donna J. Foltz, Pop-Pop of Stephanie Hertz (Andrew), Georgie Ferguson (Alysa), Anthony Foltz, Rebecca Foltz, Nicholas Parendier and Tyler Parendier, Poppie of Blasse Michael Ferguson and Maggie Josephine Hertz and was brother of the late Anthony J. Foltz, Jr.

Funeral Mass 11 AM Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddstyone where relatives and friends may call after 10 AM. Burial private.
