Of Millsboro, DE formerly of Collingdale, PA. Husband of the late Grace K. Coughlin (nee Fegley). Father of Don (Fran), Robert (Kathy), and Franklin (Susan) Coughlin. Also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
