On December 31, 2009 of Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Husband of Phyllis W. Neugebauer (nee Prince). Father of Frank C. Neugebauer, III, and Kenneth Neugebauer, step-father of Sharon Gokey, Nancy Dambro and Michael Rogers, brother of Anton Neugebauer. Also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandson and many devoted nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service 11:00AM Wednesday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park, PA where friends may call after 9:30AM. Burial private.
