Francis C. "Frank" Desher, 70 of Aston, died March 7, 2011 at home.
Born in Philadelphia son of the late Joseph and Hazel Aron Desher, he lived in West Chester before moving to Aston 22 years ago.
He was a truck driver for the Philadelphia Inquirer for 30 years.
A graduate of Dobbins Technical School, Mr. Desher enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting antiques, toys and pedal cars but most important to him was his family.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years Jacqueline A. "Jacquie" Mooney Desher, children Debra Calabree, Frank C. Desher, Jr., Darri Pfeffer, Kimberlee Mozol, Jennifer Desher and Christie Desher, brother James Desher and thirteen grandchildren.
Funeral Mass 10:30AM Saturday, March 12, 2011 at the Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Rd., Aston. Burial private.
