Francis R. Culbertson, Jr., 93 of Ridley Park died on October 9, 2022. Born in Collingdale, the son of the late Francis and Selena Taylor Culbertson, he lived in Aldan before moving to Ridley Park 65 years ago.

Francis was a proud US Air Force Veteran that served during the Korean War. He was employed as a Brick Layer in the Local 12 Brick Layers and Allied Craftworkers Union before retiring in 1994 and was a member of American Legion Post #507 in Norwood.

He was the loving husband of Ruth M. Farley Culbertson, father of Patricia H. McCrossan, Francis R. Culbertson, III (Kristina) and Janet C. Doubet (Joseph), grandfather of William McCrossan (Kara), Joseph Doubet, Jr. (Ellen), Holly Dean (Vincent), Melissa Culbertson and Blake Culbertson, brother of Selena Baldwin, Joan Kinsley (Edward) and the late Almira, Elizabeth and Ruth, also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation 6-8 PM Friday, October 14, 2022 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park followed by a celebration of life at 8 PM.
