Frances D. Seitz Willis, 71 of Millsboro, DE died February 22, 2016 at Seasons Hospice at Christiana Hospital. Born in Chester, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy Estelle Mahoney Seitz. Frances lived in Marcus Hook before moving to her late residence 22 years ago.

Frances attended Chester High School and worked at Crozer Chester Medical Center for many years, as an Anesthesia Technician, until her retirement in 1994. She loved the beach, attending family functions, playing Bingo on Facebook and talking for hours on the phone with her very close cousin, Debbie Karpin Russo. Frances enjoyed traveling and boating with her late husband, but most important was her family, especially time spent with grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Frances was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Raymond E. "Pop" Willis, who died June 7, 2001 and her brother, Charles Seitz.

Survivors: mother of Raymond E. Willis, Sheila Briddes (James), David J. Willis, Connie Todd-DeWald (Late Thomas) and Michelle Jensen (Darren); and sister of Joan Coughlin; also survived by 19 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and her best friend for almost 60 years, Rosemary Nardone Durham, as well as many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
