Frances M. Ronan Mahler, 86, of Ridley Park died November 17, 2012 at Kinkora Pythian Home in Duncannon, PA. Born in Chester, Mrs. Mahler lived in Woodlyn prior to moving to her late residence in 1970. She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School for Girls and was a member of The Church of St. Madeline. Frances enjoyed embroidery, but her family was most important to her.
She was wife of the late Nicholas M. Mahler who died January 26, 2007 after 59 years of marriage, daughter of the late Martin F. and Frances Markiewicz Ronan and sister of the late Marty Ronan.
Survivors: mother of John M. Mahler (Diane), Karen F. Thomas (Allan) and Elaine M. Williams (Paul), grandmother of Joseph, David, Melissa, Sadie, Jennifer, Davin, Matthew and Kirsten, also ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral Liturgy: 10:30 AM Saturday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park
Visitation: after 9:30 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
Burial: Immaculate Heart Cemetery
