Florence Drill DiNicola, 84
Of Woodlyn, died January 7, 2011 at her home. Born in Crum Lynne she was daughter of the late Daniel and Josephine K. Massara Drill.
Mrs. DiNicola was a resident of Woodlyn for the past 51 years, previously residing in Crum Lynne. She was a member at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church and was employed at Boeing in the quality control department for over 25 years, retiring in 1993.
Mrs. DiNicola was a loving mother, compassionate grandmother and devoted friend and confidant to all that knew her. She was also an exceptional cook, she enjoyed playing the lottery and going to the casinos. Most of all, Mrs. DiNicola enjoyed experiencing the successes of her family members.
Mrs. DiNicola was wife of the late Herman P. DiNicola who died in 1976 and sister of the late Adelene M. Dougherty.
Survivors: her son Robert A. DiNicola of Woodlyn, grandchildren Danielle L. DiNicola of Coatesville and Anthony DiNicola of Ridley Township, brother Michael Drill of Aston, also survived by a very special friend Nancy Stackeni.
Funeral Mass and Visitation: 10 AM Thursday at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Chester Pike and Simpson Street, Eddystone where friends may call 9 to 9:45 AM.
Burial: Immaculate Heart Cemetery.
