Obituary

Fannie M. Yeager Kessler, 85, of Glen Mills died November 8, 2016 at her home. Born in Park Crest, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Mary E. Thomas Yeager and resided in Chester and Boothwyn before moving to her late residence nine years ago.

Fannie was a graduate of Chester High School, class of 1949 and was a member of St. Paul's P.E. Church. She had been employed by St. Paul's and previously American Viscose. Fannie was a member of the PTA, the Band Parents and was known for always helping others. She was a founding member of Stockings for Soldiers at Maris Grove, but most important was her family.

Fannie was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, William F. Kessler, who died July 13, 2000; and her siblings, George J. "Butch", Roy F., William R. and Kenneth T. Yeager and Mary S. White.

Survivors: mother of W. Kevin Kessler, Mark E. Kessler (Elizabeth), Amy L. Mousey (John) and Paul F. Kessler (Bonnie); sister of Richard E. Yeager; also, eight grandchildren, two great granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service: 2:00 PM Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Maris Grove Chapel, 200 Maris Grove Way, Glen Mills, PA 19342, where friends may call from 1:00-2:00 PM

Burial: Private
