Eugenia I. Kouniadis Sitaras, 83, formerly of Boothwyn, died October 10, 2018 at The Belvedere. Born in Greece, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Mallas Kouniadis. Eugenia came to the United States on December 29, 1953 and settled in Marcus Hook. She lived in Linwood and Boothwyn before moving to her late residence in 2013.

Eugenia was employed by Sears as a Retail Sales Clerk. She was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Chichester Seniors, the Red Hat Society, Boothwyn Chapter and enjoyed trips to the casinos.

Eugenia was predeceased by her brother, Pete Kouniadis; and her sister, Markella Georgalas.

She is survived by her children, Elias "Lou" Sitaras (Debra), John J. Sitaras (Cora), Stephen Sitaras, James Sitaras (Kelly) and; also, six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
