Obituary
Emmett J. Filippi, 87 of Elkridge, MD, formerly of Aston, died on January 9, 2013 at Howard County General Hospital after a short illness.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1945 until 1947 and was retired from Rouse Chamberlin Company.
He was husband of the late Louise Stinson Filippi, his wife of 42 years, who died in 1995 and grandfather of the late Nicole and Lindsey who died in 2002.
He is survived by his children, Barbara Bleiler, Kenneth Filippi and Robert Filippi; grandchildren Christopher, Jodi, Michael, and Jessica and also six great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service 11:00AM Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Rd., Aston where friends may call after 10:00AM.
