Ella E. Hamilton Messinger, 97 died May 9, 2014 at the of home her great-niece Margie Hamilton. Born in Chester, daughter of the late Harry W. and Sadie E. Griest Hamilton, she lived in Leesburg, FL prior to moving to Aston four years ago.

Ella was last employed as a Mortgage Officer at the First National Bank in St. Petersburg, FL and had previously worked at Spear Brothers in Chester. She loved arts and crafts and enjoyed painting with watercolors. Ella was a wonderful seamstress who enjoyed making her own clothes. She will be missed by her loving family. "She was a strong woman, which has been passed down the generations"

She was wife of the late Floyd O. Messinger who died September 2, 1987 and sister of the late Herbert E. Hamilton Sr. and Ethel Schwarzell.

Survivors: many generations of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service and Burial: will be held in Florida at a later date with her beloved husband Floyd.
