Elizabeth M. "Betty" Carroll, 79, of Swarthmore, died May 4, 2012 at Crozer-Keystone Hospice at Taylor. She was born in Philadelphia and attended West Catholic High School for Girls.

Betty was previously employed by Modern Fuel Heating and Air Conditioning and was a member of Notre Dame de Lourdes R.C. Church and was devoted to her faith. Betty was a loving sister and devoted aunt.

She was daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Clark Carroll, sister of the late Kathleen Flood and Marion E. O'Hanlon and aunt of the late Arthur F. and William P. O'Hanlon.

Survivors: sister of Helen T. DiLoreto, aunt of Richard J. O'Hanlon, Jr., Pataline, Jan and Cynthia, also survived by eight great nieces and nephews, and six great-great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass: 10:30 AM Thursday at Notre Dame de Lourdes R.C. Church, 1000 Fairview Road, Swarthmore, PA 19081

Visitation: 9:15 to 10:15 AM Thursday at the church.

Burial: Holy Cross Cemetery
