Eileen Pascale (nee Grant), 89 of Folsom died on April 18, 2025.  Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late George Lofton and Rosa Alice Thomas Grant.

Eileen was a graduate of Chester High School, class of 1953 and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church (now Trinity-Trainer United Methodist Church).  She was a great baker and enjoyed sewing and crafting but most important was her loving family.

Eileen was the loving wife of the late Domenic C. Pascale who died on November 15, 2020 after 64 years of marriage, mother of Domenic Joseph Pascale (Ginny), William Pascale (Sherry), Andrea Oliva (Mark) and the late Maria P. Blessington, grandmother of Domenic C. Pascale, II, Rachel Hill (Brian), Gabrielle Pascale, Francis Pascale, Jessica Lunsford (Jason), Anthony Pascale, William Blessington, Chloe Bessington, Sean Oliva and Rebecca Oliva, great-grandmother of Nolan and Amelia Lunsford, Wade Hill and Dominic Pascale.  She is also survived by her son-in-law William Blessington and was predeceased by eight siblings.
