Edward C. Campbell, 83 of Ridley Park died peacefully while on vacation with his family on July 21, 2023.  Born in Philadelphia, the son of the late Edward and Violet O'Neill Campbell, he had been a resident of Ridley Park for the last 60 years.

Ed was a graduate of West Catholic High School for Boys, class of 1957 and was a proud veteran of the US Army.  He worked for many years at ACME Supermarket and after retirement worked at Church's Auto Parts.  Ed loved the Phillies and Notre Dame, but most important was his loving and devoted family.

He was the loving of husband of 62 year to Patricia E. Nickles Campbell, devoted father of Patricia A. Feldman (Charles), Joanne M. Schultz, Cynthia D. Verratti (Thomas) and Kellie A. Saccomandi (Justin), grandfather of Lauren, Alyse, Kelsie, Edward C., Jacqueline, Thomas, Devon, Michael, Justin and Eddie, great-grandfather of Kendall and Ellyana, and was brother of Margie Pollag and the late James Campbell.

Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at The Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call 9:15 to 10:15 AM.  Burial private.
