Edna M. Rutkowsky Sladek, 86, of Folsom died February 9, 2021 at her home.  Born and raised in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Edward A. and Dorothy Fury Rutkowsky and moved to her late residence 65 years ago.

Edna was a graduate of St. Monica High School, class of 1953 and was a member of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church.  She enjoyed knitting, bingo and cake baking, but most important was her devotion to her home and family.

Edna was predeceased by her loving husband of 38 years, Robert J. Sladek, who died April 29, 1991; her grandson, Bryan R. Sladek; her lifelong friend, Betty Darby; and her four sisters.

She is survived by her children, Stephen C. Sladek, Edward A. Sladek (Sharon), Robert J. Sladek, Jr. (Deborah), Michelle Murphy (James), Sue Anne Baker (Terry) and Russell Sladek; also, 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Funeral Mass:  11:00 AM Monday, February 15, 2021 at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, 208 MIlmont Ave., Milmont Park, PA 19033, where relative and friends may call from 9:30 to 10:45 AM.

Burial:  SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
