Earl H. Dyson, 94 of Pottstown died on April 1, 2024, FWE, at the home of his son.  Born in Ivanhoe, NC, the son of the late Dock King and Mary Edna Horrell Dyson, he lived in Aston before moving to Pottstown in 2009.
Earl was a graduate of Garland High School and was employed as a Chief Engineer at the Sun Oil Company for 44 years before retiring in 1993.  He was a member of the Mountain View Chapel.  Earl loved farming and enjoyed going to car shows but most important was his loving family and friends, especially his cherished grand and great-grandchildren.
He was the husband and devoted loving caregiver of the late Shirley G. Boney Dyson, father of Larry E. Dyson (Anne) and Robert E. Dyson (Connie), brother of the late Dock King Dyson, Jr., Eury Dyson and Vance Dyson, he is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service 11 AM Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the Woodlyn Baptist Church, 1125 MacDade Blvd, Woodlyn PA  19094 where relatives and friends may call after 10 AM.  Burial Mount Hope Cemetery, Aston.
