Drucilla M. Emmertz Seiverd, 86, of Chester died August 11, 2014 at The Belvedere Nursing Home. Born in Morrisville, PA, daughter of the late Louis and Mary Hendrickson Emmertz, she had lived in Crum Lynne prior to moving to her late residence in 2007.



Drucilla was devoted to her faith and was a member of Christ Church Episcopal in Ridley Park. She will be remembered as a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.



She was wife of the late Herbert R. Seiverd who died in January of 2010 after 61 years of marriage, mother of the late Rosemary Seiverd and sister of the late Louise Landino, Louis Emmertz, Mary Engel, Margerite Elliott , Jeanette Amalfatano, Josephine Emmertz, Robert Emmertz.



Survivors: mother of Herbert R. Seiverd, Jr., Drucilla "Dru" Gerace (John) and Joseph B. Seiverd (Karen), sister of George Emmertz, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren as well as life-long friend Mildred Autenreith.



Burial Rite and Eucharist: 12 noon Tuesday at Christ Church Episcopal, 104 Nevin St., Ridley Park where friends may call after 11 AM.
