Dorothy N. Wilhelmi Garrett, 90, died August 19, 2011 at the Masonic Village in Elizabethtown, PA. Born in Upland, Mrs. Garrett lived in Delaware County her entire life prior to moving to her late residence.


Mrs. Garrett was employed as a secretary at Kelly Girls and Widener College. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church where she was the Recording Secretary. She was also a member of the Margaret C. Verner Court #71 Order of the Amaranth in Prospect Park, the Brandywine Chapter No. 536 Order of the Eastern Star and the Episcopal Church Woman.


She was wife of the late Leroy D. Garrett, Jr. who died in 1986, daughter of the late Albert Newton and Anna Cramer Wilhelmi and sister of the late Mrs. Dean Smith.


She is survived by her son Dr. Wayne L. Garrett of California.


Burial Rite and Eucharist 9 AM Wednesday at St. James Episcopal Church, 3210 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014.
