Dorothy A. "Dottie" Davis, 59 of Folsom died June 14, 2017 at her home. Born and raised in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of John B. "Jake" and the late Dorothy Gould Davis and moved to her late residence 15 years ago.

Dottie was a graduate of John Bartram High School, class of 1975 and was employed by Bishop Hill Apartments for 10 years. She previously worked for Superfresh and Pathmark. Dottie enjoyed cooking, sewing and doing needlepoint but most important was her family, especially her son.

Survivors: loving mother to Devin A. Davis and Devin's father, Dean Carroll; sister of Linda, Theresa, Regina, George Davis and the late John Davis; also, several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service: 11:00 AM Monday, June 19, 2017 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078, where friends may call after 10:00 AM
