Doris M. Scheidly, 85 of Folsom and a lifelong resident of Delaware County died on October 6, 2024.  Born in Upland, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Miriam Brooks Snyder.

Doris was a graduate of Swarthmore High School, class of 1957.  She was an avid reader and loved doing puzzles and gardening.  Doris also loved cats, especially her cat Ophelia.

She was the loving wife of the late Lawrence A. "Larry" Scheidly who died on November 11, 2022 after 45 years of marriage, mother of Lori A. Kuznick and Karen M. Morrison, sister of Janet Rosier and Richard Snyder, Jr. (Barbara) and grandmother of Brian M. Noto and Brett E. Zimmerman, she is also survived by her great-granddaughter Emma.

Visitation 10 AM to 12 noon on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park.  Burial will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery.
