Doris M. Williams Mann, 82
Longtime Resident of Aston
Doris M. Williams Mann, 82 of Lima, died February 20, 2011 at Fair Acres.
Born in Trainer, she lived in Aston before moving to Lima in 2009.
Mrs. Mann was a graduate of Eddystone High School and the Chester Hospital School of Nursing.
She loved animals, especially her daughter's dog "Tippy" and enjoyed Rehobeth Beach. A very compassionate person, Mrs. Mann opened her home and was a caregiver to family and friends.
She was wife of the late Francis T. "Snack" Mann, her husband of 50 years who died in 2000, daughter of the late John H. and Lillian Curry Williams, and sister of the late John Williams, Lillian Weldon and Ann March.
Survivors: her daughter Frances M. Palermo (Anthony) of Wilmington, sisters Helen Yarnall, Emma Schermock, brother Frank Williams and granddaughters Michelle and Natalie Palermo.
Funeral Service: 11:00AM Thursday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Rd., Aston where friends may call after 10:00AM.
Entombment Lawn Croft Cemetery.
