Doris M. Reeves Harrison, 93, of Avondale, died September 29, 2014 at her home. Born in Chester, she was daughter of the late Walter and Helen Mowbray Reeves and lived in Aston for 21 years before moving to her late residence in 2005. Doris was a member of the Mount Hope U.M. Church and the Trainer Fire Co. Ladies Auxillary. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, bingo and word fill in puzzles. Most important was time spent with her family.

Doris was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, John M. Harrison, Sr., who died October 12, 2004; her son, John M. Harrison, Jr. who died March 19, 2003; and her brothers, Walter, Jr., Robert and William Reeves .

She is survived by her daughter, Carole Masters (James); her siblings, Margaret Marencin (late David) and George Reeves (Peg); daughter-in-law, Cora Harrison; also six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral Service: 10:30AM Friday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Rd., Aston where friends may call after 9:30AM
