Doris S. Egan (nee Edelstein), 83, of Folsom, died February 17, 2019 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Selena (Bentley) Edelstein and resided in Prospect Park before moving to her late residence five years ago.

Doris was employed by PNC Bank as a Customer Service Representative and was a member of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, the Ridley Park Seniors and the School House Center. She was a former Foster Parent, enjoyed traveling and the casinos, but most important was her family.

Doris was predeceased by her sons, Richard M. Egan and Thomas Egan; her granddaughter, Ruth Michael; and her sister Rose Slakoper.

She was the loving wife of George P. Egan, her husband of 63 years; mother of Diane Michael and Robert Egan; also survived by five grandchildren.
