Donald Rodeback, 84 of Eddystone died June 18, 2016 at Crozer Keystone Hospice at Taylor. Born in West Chester, he was son of the late Warren William and Margaret C. Springer Rodeback.
Donald was a graduate of West Chester High School class of 1950 and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean War. He was last employed by Allied Trucking and previously worked for Leaseway Trucking, Chemical Leman Tank Lines and the Borough of Downingtown. Donald loved antique cars, model trains and word puzzles. He was a founding member and Head Trustee of the Eddystone Family Center and also served as a softball coach. He will be missed by his constant companion Alfie.
He was husband of the late Vivian A. Mast Rodeback who died November 22, 2004 after 49 years of marriage and brother of the late Warren (Sunny), Evelyn, Robert, Raymond and Richard.
Survivors: father of W. Kenneth Rodeback (Darlene) and Doreen R. Sampson (Ronald), brother of Jeanne Dunn and Linda Rodeback, grandfather of Donald and Matthew Sampson and Nicole and Jason Rodeback, great-grandfather of Abby, Coraline and Anthony.
