Dominick "Nick" Cimabue, Jr., 66
Of Aston, PA, died October 30, 2010 at his home. Born in Chester, Mr. Cimabue was a lifelong resident of Aston. He was son of the late Dominick and Beatrice A. Foxwell Cimabue.
Mr. Cimabue was a driver for Gretz Beer Company in Norristown for 16 years retiring in 2002, previously he was a driver for Delco Beverage. He was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church in Aston. Mr. Cimabue was also a member of the Delco Anglers where he annually stocked fish. He was also an officer at the Lenni Athletic Club. He was a social member of VFW Post #6613; Lenni Heights Fire Company; Raccoon Boat Club; Moose Lodge #2189 and a member of Teamsters Local #830.
He hosted horseshoe tournaments, loved fishing and working on his classic truck, but most important was his devotion to his family and friends. He enjoyed portraying Santa Claus, volunteering at the above organizations and visiting family and friends.
Mr. Cimabue was father of the late Dominick Cimabue, III who died in 1997 and brother of the late James Thomas and Michael R. Cimabue.
Survivors: His wife of 12 years Donna N. Essaf Cimabue, children Beverly Phillips (Brian) of New London Twp., Sherrie Van Pelt (William) of North Carolina, James G. Cimabue of Boise, ID, Kimberly Buehrle of Massachusetts and Heather Buehrle of Massachusetts. Brother of Rose Ann Conrad (Ed) of Bear, DE and Geri Connolly (James) of Jenkintown, PA. Grandfather of Mark Phillips, Jr., Jessica Gleason, Samantha Cimabue and Dominique Van Pelt. Also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 6 to 9 PM Wednesday and 9 to 10 AM Thursday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014
