Obituary

Dolores S. Rudolf 83 of Aston, died December 4, 2013 at her home.

Born and raised in Chester, she has lived in Aston for the past 53 years.

Dolores retired in 2009 after 26 years of employment at Crozer Chester Medical Center as a Supervisor in the Admissions office.

Originally employed at Sun Shipbuilding and Drydock Company before becoming a mother and homemaker, then ultimately dedicating years of service to CCMC.

Dolores was a devout Catholic and prayed to the Blessed Mary often. She has been a lifelong member of the Church of St. Joseph in Aston. She was an avid traveler and enjoyed years worth of trips with her family that included a cross country camping trip, weekends camping in Wildwood, yearly visits to Florida and Disney World and a dream vacation to Europe with her mother and sister.

She also enjoyed monthly luncheons with her fellow CCMC Retired Ladies Group since her retirement.

Dolores was wife of the late Richard N. Rudolf, her husband of 54 years who died in 2009 and daughter of the late John J. and Sabina Perkowski Savoy.

Survivors: her daughters Barbara D. Brennan and Debbie D. Wilson; her grandchildren Amanda Boccella, Nicholas Boccella, Briana Bocella, Michael Brennan, Jessica Brennan and Lindsey Wilson; one great grandson Jayden Lee; also her sister Theresa May; brothers John Savoy and Richard Savoy.

Funeral Mass 10:00AM Monday, December 9, 2013 at the Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Rd., Aston where friends may call from 9 to 9:45AM. Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
