Dolores A. "Dolly" Hefton 93, of Linwood died June 7, 2020 at her home. Born in Chester to the late Ernest and Louise Hart Pearson, she has lived in Linwood for over 70 years.

She was last employed by the Chichester School District in the Food Service Department, retiring in 2006 and previously worked for A&P Food Market.

Dolores was the wife of the late Daniel L. Hefton, Jr., her husband of 64 years, who died in 2006.

She is survived by her children, Daniel L. Hefton, III (Madeline), Harry Hefton (Suzanne), Marilyn "Huck" Hefton and Tina Hefton; her sisters, Fay Dodds, Darlene Bolles and Joy Pearson; also, seven grandchildren, 14 greatgrandchildren and one great greatgrandson.
