Of Milford, DE. Husband of Denise Dugan (nee Peticca), son of Peggy E. Ostroff (nee Hudgins) and the late Paul D. "Denny" Degan, step-son of the late Herbert Ostroff, brother of Mark Dugan (Donna), Jeff Dugan (Lisa) and the late Thomas Dugan, step-brother of Jason Ostroff (Traci). Also survived by "Bubba" who he regarded as a son.
A sharing of memories of Dennis' life will be at 8 PM Monday, August 25, 2008 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Road, Aston, where friends may call after 6:30 PM. Burial private. M
