Denise M. Huber Maggi, 47, of Prospect Park died December 19, 2011 at her home. Born in Chester and reared in Ridley Park, Mrs. Maggi lived in Glenolden prior to moving to her late residence 21 years ago.
She was a graduate of Ridley High School, Class of 1982, and the Keystone Business School. Denise was employed as a Medical Receptionist at Crozer-Chester Medical Center for the past three years and was previously a self-employed Medical
Transcriptionist.
She was a member of The Church of St. Madeline. Denise loved horses, arranging flowers, music, photography, beaches, sunsets and animals, especially her dogs Zoe and Bella. Most important was her devotion to her family.
She was daughter of the late Gloria L. Garling Huber.
Survivors: wife of Charles J. Maggi, Jr., mother of Charles T. Maggi, Chelsea Maggi and Grace Huber Maggi, daughter of Ronald K. and Margaret Mary Huber, sister of Debra Huber, Danielle Bernard (Robert) and Ronald D. Huber (Chrystal), grandmother of Jackson Cole and Brooke Maggi, she was also aunt of Jacob and Laurel Bernard.
Funeral Mass: 10 AM Thursday at The Church of St. Madeline, Penn St. and Morton Ave., Ridley Park
Visitation: after 9 AM at the church
Burial: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery
