Debra A. "Debbie" Hunter, 62 of Norwood died on November 15, 2025.  Born in Upper Darby, Debbie grew up in Glenolden and had been a resident of Norwood for the last 40 years.

Debbie was a graduate of Interboro High School, class of 1981.  Along with her husband, Chris she owned and operated C&D Canvas for over 30 years. Debbie loved her dachshunds, crocheting and spending time with her family at the trailer at her "happy place" in Milton, DE.  She also loved decorating her home and trailer with sunflowers, but most important was her family, especially her cherished grandchildren.

She was the daughter of the late Ronald Walsh and Judith Godfrey Garrity (late Raymond).

Debbie was the loving wife of Christopher Hunter, mother of Chris Hunter (Gabrielle), Meghan Hunter (Jason Santana), Matthew Hunter (Kristen) and Tim Hunter (Heather), grandmother of Annabella Hunter, Emma Hunter, Evelyn Santana, Genevieve Hunter, Christopher Hunter, Harper Hunter and the late Mason and Alexander Hunter, and sister of Eric Walsh (Jodi), Joanne Colasante and Tammy Escher (George).

Funeral Service 11 AM Monday, November 24, 2025 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call after 10 AM.
