Dawn D. Gibson Pierlott, 57 of Woodlyn, died suddenly at her home after a fierce battle with brain cancer on May 14, 2022. Born in Chester, the daughter of the late William and Eleanor Oglesby Gibson, she lived in Aston before moving to Ridley Township 34 years ago.

Dawn was a graduate of Sun Valley High School, class of 1982 and had been employed as a Case Worker for the Delaware County Housing Authority for the past 10 years. Dawn enjoyed quiet time in her yard watching the birds, cuddling with her granddogs and hitting jackpots at the casinos.

She was a loving wife of 34 years to John M. Pierlott, cherished Mom to Amanda L. Eisenhower (John) and Nicholas J. Pierlott, and was a loving provider to turtle Bob and granddog Bear.

Funeral Liturgy 11 AM Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call after 10 AM. Burial private.
