Of Ridley Park, PA. Son of the late David Hershey, Jr. and Joan Peterson Smith. Brother of Maureen B. Smith and Christine Murphy (Joseph). Uncle of Joseph, Patrick, Theresa and Mary Murphy.
Funeral Mass 10 AM Thursday, September 13, 2007 at the Church of St. Madeline, Penn Street and Morton Avenue, Ridley Park. Visitation at the church from 9 to 9:45 AM. Burial Holy Cross Cemetery.
Memorial gifts may be made to AMI of Pennsylvania for Schizophrenia Research, 2149 North 2nd Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
