David R. McIntyre, 66, lifelong resident of Springfield died January 19, 2021 at his home.  Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of Florence Frank McIntyre and the late Robert H. McIntyre.

David was a graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School, class of 1972 and Temple University with a BA in Accounting. He was employed as a Tax Accountant for H&R Block and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church.  David was interested in history, was an avid reader and was a model HO Railroad enthusiast, but most important was his family.

He was predeceased by his brother, Michael McIntyre.

David is survived by his siblings, Robert McIntyre (Linda), Elaine Laymon (Charles) and James McIntyre (Cathy); also, many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19, Services and Burial will be private.
