Daniel T. Palermo, 66 of Tinicum Township died on June 20, 2024.  Born in Philadelphia, the son of the late James and Carolyn Van Fosson Palermo, he lived in South Philadelphia before moving the Lester 17 years ago.
Daniel was a proud veteran of the US Army and was employed as the Forman of Maintenace at Girard College.  He enjoyed antiquing and flea markets, and also loved hunting, fishing and shooting pool, but the most important part of his life was his loving family.
He was the loving husband of 27 years to Linda Ann Brechter Palermo, and is survived by her children Michelle Martin (Bobby), Tina Castorina (Chad), Theresa Walton (Greg) and Meghan O'Connor. He was the father of Daniel T. Palermo, Jr. (Alicia), George Benckert (Heather), Ruthann Leoponto and is also survived by their mother Ruthann Leoponto, he was the brother of Audrey Palermo Schweizer and the late James and Maryellen Palermo, also survived by sixteen grandchildren and his great-great-granddaughter Avena Palermo.
Services and burial will be held privately.
