Clayton W. "Clay" Lloyd, Sr., 74, lifelong resident of Ridley Park, died February 27, 2019 at Vitas at Jefferson-Methodist. Born in Chester, he was the son of the late William C. and Mary Kathryn Wetzel Lloyd.
